The STT Support Team will assist you with all your technical enquiries and problems concerning hardware and software. Our experienced staff can be reached via Skype, email or directly by telephone. Find out how in the Support Contact section.

Make sure that you have the following items at hand so that we can provide a quick assistance when you contact us:

  • Internet connection.
  • Security dongle if any.
  • Failure description / clear picture of the problem.

Free basic technical assistance during system setup

All items delivered by STT have a warranty period (one or two years, depending on the product) which is clearly stated in your offer. The warranty will cover all factory malfunctions.

Additionally, our customers enjoy a certain time of free online technical assistance. The duration of this period of time is specific to each system and installation, and will be clearly stated in the offer. It will include unlimited phone, email and web technical support to setup the system and customize certain aspects.

Advanced support plans

At STT we are always glad to provide further assistance to our customers, and we are ready to do so. You can request:

  • On-site assistance to setup the system and/or provide technical training to the end-users.
  • And/or extended technical coverage for a given period of time, typically signing yearly contracts.
